Scavenge the index databases there is a procedure for that I wouldn't send
you that because you should do it in presence of Legato tech
but what you can try is restart networker and run
nsrim -X
If this doesn't fix it
you can follow the scavenge procedure described below at your own
risk....
Step 1) Make a copy of /nsr/mm directory.
Step 2) stop NetWorker services
Step 3) in /nsr/mm - remove cmprssd
Step 4) in /nsr/mm/mmvolume6 - remove all except VolHdr, vol.0, ss.0, clients.0
Step 5) in /nsr/tmp remove everything
Step 6) restart NetWorker services
Step 7) run nsrim -X

Subject: [Networker] Urgent! Lost index
Hey Guys,
I ran a full backup this weekend and now can't locate my indexes on any of
my servers. Any thoughts? Need to perform recovery operations.
