That is what it turned out to be.  I had the nsrexecd service running under a
Domain account.  It had been that way for so long I can't remember why I did
it.  Not sure why it broke now, but I guess its is fixed.

        Word.  We see this issue all the time.  Make sure that the
MSSQLSERVER
        service and SQL Service Helper AND the Legato NSREXEC service are ALL
        running under the same user.  On a side note if you have any MSSQL
Clusters
        make sure all of the user's match up as well.
