Where can I read about the roadmap how to upgrade
to 7.1.1 or 7.2 from 6.1.3 ?

NetWorker 7.1.3 is targeted for Q4 of 2004 and will provide support for
Windows 2003 SP 1. NW 6.1.4 was the last maintenance release for NW 6.1.x
branch.
