a Whole book full of reasons - most of them documented in each of the patch
releases - the "fixed bugs list".

If eveything in your environment is working "100%" the main reasons would be
compatability (especially win2k3) and there are some other ones as well such
as: advanced file type devices (better backup to disk), device handling,
jukebox configuration and editing, better performance on your backupserver
etc etc etc ...

We are thinking of upgrading from 6.1.1 to the newest version of Networker.
Does anyone know why we might want to do this? Any benefits of doing so? Is
anybody running at version6.1.1 still besides us? So far, I dont see any
