I have had similar issues with various libraries and the workaround has
always been to "fiddle" with jukebox settings.

perhaps this is a "unknown feature" (i.e. bug) of Legato ? ...

I am waiting for 7.1.2 ...

we got the same problem with NW7.1.1 on HP-UX 11i.
We use now an unload sleep of 300 seconds and this
seems to be a workaround for the moment. We do not
know what causes this problem.
