[Networker] NDMP drive can't unload tape

Hi All

NetWorker 6.1.3 running on Solaris 8
ATL P7K Library connected NDMP (FC)
OnTap 6.4.2

Sometimes it happens that NetWorker does'nt unload the tapes from the drive 
correctly.  The logs keep growing with the following message:

Media info: Requested slot 'xx' is loaded in drive <NDMP_Drive>, unloading...

This happens especially during restores.  It correctly loads the tape required 
for the restore and then pumps up with the above error.

Any clues to what's happening?  Thanks in advance for any help.
