Networker messages file on Unix is filled up by the syslog daemon.
1. Check your syslog.conf file to see if the /nsr/logs/messages file is
mentioned there. The file might have been replaced by some AIX
maintenance/installation. If this is the case you could restore an older
version of the file from your backups.
2. If you deleted the file to free space, the nsrd daemon lost the file
and cannot write to it any more. In this case just restart Networker and
a new messages file will be created.
