BINGO!!!!!!  That was it.  As soon as I removed the offending saveset
3831326977, the clone job fired up as normal.

Well, I just hunted down the SSID in the Admin GUI and it says that SSID
was aborted.  
 
I'm going to try to clone every SSID in my list but this one and see
what happens.

Hi

You could either remove it with "nsrmm" or try to using "scanner -m" on
the volume which should contain the saveset.

The pssid does not appear to be in the database.  What would be some
next logical steps here?  Remove SSID 3831326977, attempt to locate What
volume 3830850305 is located on, or something completely different?

Yeah.  I think he wanted to look for the parent ssid or
ssid=3830850305.  That would be more useful.
