Hello Hernan,

The Exchange Server, via MAPI, is returning you a status of 0x80004005,
which is the unhelpful but not-infrequently-appearing MAPI status of
MAPI_E_CALL_FAILED.  The full text description of this status, depending on
which Microsoft source one consults, is either "Unspecified error" or "The
operation failed."

>From context -- since the failure comes at the point that you are trying to
create a MAPI Profile, I would guess that you have a permissions problem.
It is also possible that you have a system problem such as being out of disk
space, or that your MAPISVC.INF file has become corrupt from installing FAX
software.
