You probably have an issue with DNS. Both forward and reverse should
match. For example, if you have a record for client.foo.org which points
to 192.168.1.100, then you should also have a record for 192.168.1.100
that points to client.foo.org.

Also, in the client config in nwadmin, try adding "save -c
client.foo.org" (or whatever your client name is in the NetWorker config)
to the "Backup command" dialog.
