Legato server - SuSE ver 8.2
Legato Networker, ver 7.1 - upgraded from 6.1.3 on RedHat 7.2
Two Overland LibraryPro (PowerLoader) using Sony AIT-3 drives

After upgrading to 7.1, I'm regularly getting "Not In Media Index" messages
in the "Autochanger Operations" GUI for my Networker Administrator, running
from a Windows 2k client.

Most of the time the issue arises when I manually change tapes to "Recycle"
from the GUI.

Legato's knowledgebase suggests it's a SCSI issue.  I've changed my SCSI
cables and terminator, without a change in this issue's occurance.

Any one have a similar problem?
