[Networker] AW: [Networker] SDLT320 Question.

If the data are already compressed with software compression by the clients, 
there is only very less compression possible for the SDLT hardware. In other 
words, if you send already compressed data to the drive, he will only be able 
to store the native capacity on the tape.

Another random thought.. or stupid question, but I don't know the answer so
it bugs me.  I have SDLT320 drives in my libraries.  I have the clients set
to use compression and my tapes all say full at or around 160Gb.  I was
under the impression that the drives should be 320Gb compressed.  Am I
missing something here?
