Calling all AlphaStor Gurus!

Working on a relatively fresh AlphaStor/NetWorker install: AS 3.03_33,
NW7.1, separate servers, both Win2K/SP4.

Friday night, backups okay - to Monthly Pool.
System sits idle all weekend.
Monday night - to Daily Pool - nothing gets started because AlphaStor keeps
responding with error "Couldnt read mount info".  Checked everything in
AlphaStor - all looked okay - no volumes mounted in Devices according to
Device Acitivty Report.  "List all Volumes" showed available volumes in
Daily Pool with Location "InsideESL123".  Stopped the Group, and simply did
a Robot Inventory from AlphaStor, then Group started up fine.

Anybody troubled with similar issues?
