[Networker] windows 2000 recovery hangs on system file

Trying to recover windows 2000 sp4 server from full backup, server Solstice
Backup 6.1, networker hangs on file c:\winnt\system32\g711codc.ax;
Las message in log is
recover: c:\winnt\system32\g711codc.ax you must reboot to restore this file!

If I stops the recovery on this stage - system cannot boot anymore.
If I kill networker on klient and restart server daemons - I can select to
recover system state, and after system state recoering system can to boot,
and looks like original - but not all works :)

I try to recover system with networker 6.1.3, and 7.1 - with same results.

How can I recover my server - or at least to do something for not get this
results anymore in future?
