Hi Guy,

Sounds like interference from the Windows Removable storage Manager to me.
Have you turned it off as per the installation guide/release supplement
(can't remember which one it is in!).

>From the sound of your description NetWorker is trying to talk to the tape
library but has found that something else has already grabbed the library.
