You can also run backups using the win scheduler or cron in unix speak.
as I am Unix I speak cron so how to do that on Win is not in my database.

I do something along the lines of

nsradmin -i <file>

where <file> is:
. type: NSR GROUP: <groupname>
update autostart:Start now

You can schedule that every hour exept when the full is to be done
