yes, i checked
how can i check if i corrupted the license for the jukebox?

Hardware is not connected to the same server, but i didn't move. It worked
for 4 months!

i restarted the server, and the hardware, but this doesn't seem to work.

Did you check the license and/or theauthorization code for the jukebox?
You might have deleted and/or corrupted it when you added the unix
client pack?

Is the hardware attached to the same server or was it moved?

Did you try restarting NetWorker on the client, the client itself, the
NetWorker server and/or the backup server itself?

What was your last operation on the client/server before the problem
occurs for the first time? Did the client/server crashed?
