Did you check the license and/or theauthorization code for the jukebox?
You might have deleted and/or corrupted it when you added the unix
client pack?

Is the hardware attached to the same server or was it moved?

Did you try restarting NetWorker on the client, the client itself, the
NetWorker server and/or the backup server itself?

What was your last operation on the client/server before the problem
occurs for the first time? Did the client/server crashed?

i only added a enabler license for clien pak for unix, but this enabler
license was not expired yet.

Do you have a license for that type of hardware? Did it work before or
did you had new hardware? If it worked before with that hardware, I
would suggest you restart the NetWorker server after checking the
jukebox.

If you recently added the jukebox, you might check if you have required
license to get it to work with NetWorker.
