"groups" aren't really recorded in the networker databases, just the
sessions that arise from the groups.

I would either parse the output you get from the savegrp notification,
or if you haven't restarted the networker daemons, you can request the
same data from nsradmin by looking at the 'completion' attribute in the
group you want.

Parsing the savegrp notification is probably the more consistent way to
do so.
