[Networker] ANNOUNCE: nsrreport

Since there's been some discussion about reporting lately, I've
posted...

 ftp://noc.hep.wisc.edu/pub/src/misc/nsrreport

...which is a script that has evolved from an awk script I wrote
back in 1992 or thereabouts.  Example output follows my sig.
Note that it assumes 1024KB/MB and 1024MB/GB unlike NetWorker.

It requires GNU date (read linux.)  If you run NetWorker on
Linux, you should be able to do NetWorker -> Customize ->
Notifications -> Savegroup completion ->

  /usr/local/etc/nsrreport | /usr/sbin/sendmail -f root recipient

If you run NetWorker on some other OS, you can always send the
savegrp output to a system with GNU date (linux maybe *bsd?)
and pipe the savegrp output through nsrreport via a mail alias:

  networker-report:  |"/usr/local/etc/nsrreport | /usr/sbin/sendmail \
    -f root AT networker.hep.wisc DOT edu rader"

If neither of those options work--let me know--I'll be happy
to make it work without GNU date (although you won't get throughput
reporting.)
