I run legato 7.1.1 on win2000
i have a storagetek l180 library with 6 fiber hp lto2 tape drives
the drives are connected thru 2 brocade switches
the switches have NO zones setup and all ports can see all other ports

i am trying to re-cable the fiber drives so that the "inquire" output
matches the "sjisn 2.0.0" output.
I dont know if im missing something, but no matter which ports i put which
drives into on the brocade, i cannot get the real tape0 to become the
virtual tape0 with the above commands. with old scsi drives this was easy,
but with the fiber drives i cant get it to work.

has anyone seen this issue and fixed it?

my work around is to enter the drives into "jbconfig" in the order that
"sjisn 2.0.0" told me to, so now when you look at the library in legato,
the drives are not in order, but i really want them to be in the real
order.

thank you in advance.

here is my inquire and sjisn outputs (note: i have unplugged the 2nd hba
for troubleshooting)
