We have a Windows server in a different time zone and it's time/date on
the server look OK. But we are running networker 6.1.3 as a server on this
server and it is showing up as a differnent time. In past daemon.logs it
was OK with GMT+0700. Now it is showing GMT+0000 which is wrong. Does
anybody have any ideas on how to get this corrected. Is it a Windows issue
or a legato issue.  Thanks
