The command rpcinfo -p ntlegato says that program 390115 version 1.

What's your nsradmin command, what the output of rpcinfo -p on the backup 
server ?
It should work ....
(nsradmin -s server -p <port_name>, if port_name is listed in /etc/rpc
or nsradmin -s server -p <port_num> -v <version>)
