You may want to try and remove all licenses associated with these licenses
first and then try and add them in via command line. I have had similar
issues with Auto-changer and Silo licenses. Once I removed all of them and
then re-added only the new ones that I needed it worked fine. Just a
thought

Has anyone run into the license issue with 7.1 and NDMP. The workaround
according to Legato is to install the License Manager and load the NDMP
client enablers through the lgotlic command. I have done this but it still
complains I have no NDMP licenses!!!!
