Thought I'd add more terminal server ideas..

For smaller remote locations we use Cyclades terminal servers.  Others are
right in that they were a little tricky to set up but probably because
that have quite a few capabilities.

For larger setups we use Computone (now Altura XL) Termnial servers (64
ports).  Haven't dealt with Altura but Computone tech support was very
good.   Computone did make smaller units (4 and 8 ports).

We use both of these products because they provide ssh access to the serial
consoles of our servers.
