to enable the additionnal slot.

You can first to reset the library, if it's not already done.
The jukebox initialisation will detect the additionnal slots (by scanning some 
signs on each "slot box").
You can use the commands to get the library configuration.

# sjirjc [email protected]
([email protected] has the value of the "control port" of your jukebox)
Then you will get the number of slots detected.


You will need to reconfigure your jukebox.
First delete the jukebox, and use jbconfig to recreate (nsradmin will be 
unusefull for this case...)

It is required to use the same jukebox params for you jukebox (drive order, 
timeouts, ...)
First backup them, before deleting you jukebox

# nsradmin -i - | tee /tmp/jb.out
o hidden
print name:<jukebox name>
print
quit

After the jukebox creation, do an inventory of the jukebox.

May be you will need to move your cleaning cartidge position :
use
sjimm [email protected] slot <old cleaning slot> inlt 1
sjimm [email protected] inlt 1 slot <new slot>
nsrjb -I -S <old slot>
nsrjb -S <new slot> -U <nb of usages left> <new slot>

I have legato 7 running on windows2000 with a storagetek L180 library.
I used to have 84 slots.

Now i got a legato license for 180 slots and installed the new slots,
but
my jukebox still shows 84 slots.

How do i get the jukebox to see all the slots?
