Does setting the Auto Media Management to Yes do anything besides the
labeling of blank volumes? Does it determine whether the volume is
blank by the barcode or the label on the tape? I ask because if a
volume is inserted and not Inventoried, is that considered a blank
volume?

Thanks,
Steve

You also have to set Auto media management to Yes in the jukebox
config.

How do you get tapes that are marked for "recycle" to auto label
themselves on a Solaris Legato Networker Server? If you can't do it
automatically, how do you do it manually, or both would be much
appreciated.

Thank you,
Steve
