Thanks Raj for a quick help.
Till yesterday all the clients were working. I have confirmed from change
request forms. There have been no changes made these VLANs/networks.
Network access is perfectly through.
The interesting thing is that the GUI on the networker server is showing
all the licenses but the command nsrlic -i is showing Available as 10 and
used as 10:
I am puzzled and it is urgent for my site!

Hi Sagar
AFAIK the messages you cut n pasted don't show it failing because of your
licensing. If you believe they are licensing related then add a temp
enabler from the latest media kit for 100 client connections and rerun the
backup to see if that resolves the issue ?
Instead I think they're failing because :
save: Cannot open save session with 10.180.195.50
have you ever been able to backup the client "bdcbpofs1w" ?
If so then check your change request forms to see what has changed in any
configuration on the network.
And if not, then check that you can ping from server=>client and vice versa
for the short and the FQDN's of both. And make sure that the names and the
IP addresses match up accordingly.
And check that you've added the long name and the short name to the
client's
& server's hosts file

Hi,
I had a licensing issue on my Legato networker 6.1.2 build 640. Yesterday I
installed licenses for:
a)networker server power edition windows(10 client licenses)
b) autochanger module
c) 5 client packs for windows- 3 nos
d) some other licenses.
all the licenses are installed and authorized for my host id I am sure.
Totally I have around 12 clients configured, but I have installed licenses
for totally 25 clients.still my last 2 clients fail as shown in the log.
Can anyone help?
