You can use nsrcap command.
nsrcap - update the capabilities of NetWorker installation
nsrcap [-vn] { -c | -d | -u } enabler code

Oh yes it is definitely possible.

The first error I spotted was that the type is "NSR license", not
"license". Try fixing that and then see what happens.
