Thanks to everybody who responded directly to me.

Everybody said me, that firmware version 101 has the has the known issue
about causing erroneous cleaning errors and
suggested to me to upgrade it.
Also drivers for adaptec card must be up to date. ( divers for it are from
Microsoft SP4 on my system now. )

But I fonud, that the latest version for DLT 7000 in ATL library is version
101 which confirmed to me a guy from ATL support.
I have opened a cal with Quantum/ATL with no good response yet.

I spoke with other guy, which support ATL libraries and he suggested to me
downgrade of the firmware to version 95.

So, I have two choices to try:

1, upgrade Drivers for SCSI card from Adaptec to the latest version
2, downgrade firmwre of DLT 7000 drives to version 95

If it will not resolve my problem, I will roll back OS to NT4.

I will try it on Monday and I will send the result.

Thank again,

Milos
