Thanks Davina,
The error is not just a warning, it actually does not produce the file
required for a disaster recovery of a Mac client.

The main problem I have is that it is difficult to troubleshoot as I do not
have direct access to the box and the user travels a lot.

Legato will not produce a fix unless I can prove it is truly a problem
seen on the Mac clients.

I was hoping someone else on the list was using this savepnpc so I would
know if this is a bug or just something I am not doing correctly.

Richard, the saveset for this client was already set to "all".

Thanks again,
Mike

I'm not familiar with the MAc client, but I believe the message you are
seeing is just a warning.

I think they gave savepnpc to a junior programmer who hadn't a clue how it
worked. They were trying to fix the long running problem with the tmp file.
At 6.1.2 they introduced a pointless and confusing error message. At 6.1.3
they changed the text of the message, making it even more confusing. It
didn't fix the problem they were trying to address. At 6.2 they broke it
altogether.

The only version with a truly working savepnpc is 7.0.
