Done both, but with no success.

Done this, too, but also without real success.

This is what relem thinks about the state of the tape drives:

<Data Transfer Element 500> Full, from address 1093.
<Data Transfer Element 501> Full, from address 1055.
<Data Transfer Element 502> Full, from address 1091.
<Data Transfer Element 503> Empty.
<Data Transfer Element 504> Empty.

Even after an additional -H it gets the same errors:

Unloading jukebox: drive `/dev/nst0' into slot `12'
box_unload: unload failure detected - retrying
box_unload: retry: start time = 1063720880
box_unload: retry: sleeping 30
nsrjb: About to eject volume from /dev/nst0
box_unload: retry: failed - will retry
Jukebox handle being closed at port [email protected]
About to release Robot arm lock
Jukebox handle being opened at port [email protected]
About to acquire Robot arm lock
Unloading jukebox: drive `/dev/nst1' into slot `56'
box_unload: unload failure detected - retrying
box_unload: retry: start time = 1063720911
box_unload: retry: sleeping 30

The same for /dev/nst2 and /dev/nst1 ... i really run out of clues
with this system :((

With kind regards,
