SUN box for the LTO drives.  We have actually tried both and ended up using
the sun driver at the end, as we were experiencing major issues when we
first commissioned LTO Gen 1 drives.

There wasnt any much performance difference that we noticed, however with
the sun drivers we could actually get support from SUN and also some usefull
statistics which we used to resolve our problem.

LP8000 was also used in our environment as well. Not sure what SUN system
you have but the LTO drives do need quite abit of CPU grunt.

With the windows machine, sorry not sure with that.
