tried nsrjb -I and still receive the same error. this jukebox was just
shipped back to us from another site. any thoughts?
environment: w2k server sp4; nw 6.1.3; adic scalar 100, two lto drives

You haven't by any chance got the drives cabled up the wrong way
(swapped) have you?
