I would recommend you install apt for RHL 8:

rpm -ivh 
http://ftp.freshrpms.net/pub/freshrpms/redhat/8.0/apt/apt-0.5.5cnc6-fr0.rh80.1.i386.rpm

Then use apt to install your Networker rpms (letting it automatically
resolve dependencies rather than ignoring them or hacking around
them). I don't think it's a good idea to force rpm's to install, ignoring
dependencies. At least, you can't expect things to work properly.

You may also try rebuilding your rpm db:

  rpm --rebuilddb

then try installing the other packages.
