Have you tried cloning the save set to the correct pool?

Whether you stage or clone, you can only copy it to another pool if that
pool is a clone pool. If the user just put it in the wrong pool, then
the chances are that the pool it should have gone to is a backup pool,
so there's probably no option to clone or stage it.
