I don't think this is a generally held opinion. Most people regard 6.1.3
as the most stable and least buggy release of NetWorker yet, and
definitely better than 6.1.1. Many bugs from 6.1.1 are now fixed in
6.1.3. My current client is in the process of upgrading from 6.1.1 to
6.1.3, and we have a long list of relevant fixed bugs that we believe we
are going to benefit from.

I can't really comment on problems with 7.0 yet, but if I remember
rightly, most of the discussions on this list regarding 7.0 were related
to a new feature, the adv-file device, and I don't recall any serious
NEW bugs being mentioned.
