Very interested in hearing more about this. I was recently assisting with
an upgrade from 6.1.3 to 7.0 on Win2K, and we immediately began having huge
problems with Jukebox Operations. Resets and Inventories would just wait
forever. We also noticed that stopping NetWorker services did not release
the nsrjb processes, and they can't be Ended, so a reboot was required to
free up the Jukebox. Sometimes it would free itself up later - like 2 hrs
later.

Does this sound similar to your experience? We have a couple other
possibilities for a culprit, so I was "pleased" to see a coincidental
similarity.

Jukebox: STK L700 w/ 4x IBM FC-LTO Gen1.

What do you use for eject and unload timers?
