We get the email on our smaller jukebox when the last appendable tape
falls to 7GB.  This is only somewhat useful as it does not take into account
the many recyclable tapes that are eligable to be rewritten.  Whether we
set it lower or higher, it makes it seem the jukebox is out of tapes when
it may, in fact, have many tapes to write to.
