[Networker] OpenVMS 6.01 Alpha Client problem

Client system is running OpenVMS 7.2-1 with TCPIP v5.0

I'm pretty sure this is a rights issue (based upon the daemon.log message
select() error: not owner) and wanted to know what other people have as
the privileges for the user nsr$execd.
