Folks,

    Some times ago I analyzed index file to make a distribution in
incremental backup by file extension. 80-90% of daily incremental backup
is .pst files and 40-50% of .pst files have the same size! It means we
backup everyday approx. 50% of the same files. Why? If any NT user with
Outlook mailer (we have only Outlook mailer in NT/Windows environment)
only reads (only open) any old archive .pst file in this case an access
time will be changed and Legato will backup it.   Does anybody  know how
to avoid this redundant backup? May be you have any solutions?  I'll be
very appreciated for any suggestions!
