hello!
Since paper is usually not the most reliable documentation system, i
wanted to have bootstraps mailed to me additionally to the print.
So, i created another notification called 'bootstrap mail' with
the same settings as the default 'bootstrap' entry, but with just
another action to be executed.
'bootstrap' is defined as facpri savegroup:critical with
'/usr/bin/lpr -T bootstrap -P%PRINTER' as action.
'bootstrap mail' is defined as facpri savegroup:critical with
'/bin/mail -s "Bootstrap notification" backup-adm' as action.
(Yes, backup-adm is verified to work as email alias).
The 'bootstrap' gets activated, but the 'bootstrap mail' does
nothing. Anyone can tell me what's wrong here?
Do i have to write a script that handles both print and mail
requests?
TIA,
Frank Altpeter
