[Networker] Each tape device presented 16 times

    Hi,  I have configured a HP-UX 11 box to connect to a Tape SAN.   The fibre 
card has been installled and after a reboot it can see the tape devices and 
robot.

The problem is that it picks up the robot and each tape device 16 times.  There 
should be three tape devices and one robot.   It seems to pick it up from the 
fibre card on 16 targets.  From 0-15.  This is seen through ioscan.

Using SAM the tape devices have been added to the system but again, it has 
added 3*16 devices and created the appropriate file names in /dev

How can I correct this?  Should I be looking at configuration of the Fibre card 
that I am using.  The model of the FC-HBA is HP A6795A and is using the latest 
driver from the HP web site with appropriate HP patching.
