I use the Compaq TLS9000 (Which I think is the DDS3 version of this) on my
W2K storage node.
I had a lot of problems getting it to work, but now it works OK most of the
time...........
The secret of my install was to set the following numbers. (I use the Unix
version so you will have to find the appropriate place on the NT version for
these)

1. Eject sleep 20
2. Cleaning Delay 60
3. Unload sleep 20
4. Load sleep 20
5. deposit timeout 20
6. withdraw timeout 20
7. port polling period 4

Basically, I doubled and is some cases quadrupled the delay on some of these
settings. It appeared on the TSL9000 that networker wasn't waiting long
enough to issue the next command to the Jukebox.....

Try these and let us know if they work.....

Dear All,

Is there's any one ever installed the Compaq DDS4 20/40 GB 8 cassettes
autoloader attached to NetWorker 6.x or 7 with Windows 2000/Sp 2 ?

Does it work with the version of NetWorker above ?

Regards,

Muhadi
