Another way would be to setup up a system environment variable to point to
c:/program files, or add the c:/program files/nsr/bin directory into the
PATH statement in the environment,

 A last note maybe? ;) Try replacing "Program Files"
with its 8.3 filename equivalent: "Progra~1", then it
might work.
