If the slots look setup right (available slots, cleaning slots) in the
jukebox configuration then perhaps the second clean slot was added after
the jukebox was setup..ie perhaps the jukebox needs to be readded with
jbconfig :(    It shouldn't have to be this way but that was reccommended to
me.
