That typically means the backup was client-initiated (as opposed to
server-initiated), which by default is always a full-level backup.

Subject: [Networker] mminfo missing level?
I was looking at my file devices and while poking one I saw this:
{0}:/exp/legatodisk4/onsite>mminfo -q'ssid=985667585'
volume client date size level name
ONSITE.004 nfs2 01/31/03 10 GB /usr
root AT legato DOT sea
{0}:/exp/legatodisk4/onsite>mminfo -q'ssid=985667585' -r level
Ummmm, no level on a backup? I've apparantly got a few like this.
:wq!
