Hello Brian,
This problem is fixed in QuickFix for Exchange Module 3.1 build 80, which is
available through our support people.
The error generally shows up when a user's name has parentheses in it.

I've restarted the services, but it doesn't seem to make any difference.
Any idea what's causing this?
