Hello all,

We have a little bit of a problem that's been ongoing for some time now...

Environment:
NetWorker Server NT4 running 6.2
NetWorker Client NT4 running 6.1.3
Business suite module for Lotus/Domino 1.2
Lotus Domino 4.6.1

The backup worked quite happily for some time and has now stopped working
(since end Dec!) No one knows of any changes on the server or the software
to cause it to start failing.

Backup failure....
 * server1:NOTES nsrnotesv: Notes: Failed to copy note
for :\notes\data\OLC.nsf, error=6022
 * server1:NOTES nsrnotesv: Unable to open file: :\notes\data\OLC.nsf (2)
 * server1:NOTES nsrnotesv: Notes: Failed to copy note
for :\notes\data\OLCARCHIVE.nsf, error=6022
 * server1:NOTES nsrnotesv: Unable to open
file: :\notes\data\OLCARCHIVE.nsf (2)

Initially this took around 27 hours to fail - we have mended it slightly
so it now fails in 49 minutes!

Legato suggested that it was due to ...
1. an anti-virus program but this was disabled on the server and we got
the same error.
2. the files being encrypted. Our Lotus DBAs checked this out and
confirmed that there is no encryption
3. the files were corrupt. The DBAs checked this out also and confirmed
that there was no corruption.

We can't go to module 2.1 as the version of Lotus/Domino is not high
enough.
Upgrade to 6.1.3 on the client was at Legato's request. Previously it was
running on 6.1.1

Does anyone have any ideas?
