[Networker] Netware files showing 0 K

Hello.

Our backup server is running Solstice Backup 6.1.1.Build.238 on a Solaris 8
(Intel) system.

We backup many servers (Unix, NT & Novell).

We are trying to restore the contents of a Novell user's home directory. The
client server is Netware 5.1 sp4, Networker version is 4.21.

When we browse the index information from the client server, it shows some
files as being 0 K in size - although we know they aren't.  If we exit the
recover program & go back in & browse using the same date, it will show
different files as 0 K but not necessarily the same ones.  Also when we
change the browse date, it still shows some files are 0 K but again, not
necessarily the same ones.

I've searched the archives but failed to find anything.

Suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated.
